Smartphones brands are coming with new products almost every week. Smartphone company Realme recently announced that its new device Realme GT 2 Pro will come with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. Soon after the announcement of the next-generation processor from the chipmaker giant Qualcomm, most of the mobile companies started to compete to be the first to feature this processor.

Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor is now a new gem for the smartphone makers that everyone wants to feature and competing to be the first. Companies like Xiaomi and Motorola already announced that they will be the first to feature a new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and now Realme joined this list. The devices that will feature Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processors are:

Realme GT 2 Pro is a first-ever ultra-premium flagship smartphone. It is believed that this device will bypass the prior Realme X 50 Pro.
Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Specifications
This processor is made on the 4nm process technology. This processor is powered by a combination of Kryo CPU and Arm Cortex X2 tech with a clocking speed of up to 3.0 GHz. The GPU that is powering this configuration is Qualcomm Adreno 660 GPU and it is believed to be more powerful and efficient than its predecessor.
This processor will be equipped with the company’s fastest AI Engine and this configuration will increase the camera functionality by a huge factor. This chipset can support cameras up to 200 MP from a single lens and or up to 36 MP photo for three lens configuration. It will be able to process an 8K HDR video and can capture 64x more shades than normal.
